Governance Information
Governance is an important part of any long term & successful business & plays a big part in the succession of any privately held/family business. This workshop will introduce attendees to formal governance purpose, processes, structures and the accountabilities of being a director of any organisation. It will cover the nuances of farming & Agri – Business as well as the structures of Associations, Not for profit and more commercial entities. Using the New Zealand Institute of Directors “The Four Pillars of Governance” as a reference this workshop will be interactive and based on real experiences and scenarios.
